THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 This bedroom comes with a patio that offers seating arrangements along with a view of the private pool. This well-furnished bedroom is equipped with a TV, cupboard, AC, fan and workstation for the guest's comfort. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 This bedroom comes with a patio that offers seating arrangements along with a view of the private pool. This well-furnished bedroom is equipped with a TV, cupboard, AC, fan and workstation for the guest's comfort. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS There are 2 attached bathrooms in the cottage. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM The common living room on the property is furnished with a fan and AC. A heater can be arranged on demand in this area. This space can accommodate 10 people comfortably in one sitting. DINING AREA There is one elaborate dining room offering comfortable seating for up to 20 people respectively. It is equipped with air conditioning and comes with a view of the pathways. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. LAWNS There are 2 lawns present on the property, 1 in front of the cottage and 1 common lawn in the centre of the property. These lawns sprawl up to 700 sq ft and 24000 sq ft respectively Their common lawn has a sit-out space for up to 10 people along with a play area and outdoor sports facilities. POOL The private outdoor pool behind the cottage is 5x10 ft and 4.5 in depth. The common outdoor pool is 25x50 ft in size and 4.5 depth and is accessible from 8 AM to 7 PM. Guest access Guests to their respective unit and common areas. Guests do not have access to the property kitchen. During your stay The host is not present at the property but are always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible staff at the property will resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost. - Extra mattresses can be arranged at an additional cost. - Personal caretaker can be arranged at an additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
