With an area of around 95 square metres, our smoke free apartment offers the perfect retreat for families or travel groups of up to 8 people as well as a starting point for tours to many sights and towns nearby. Situated on the top floor of an energetically renovated house in a quiet residential area, this holiday flat promises not only comfort, but also a wonderful view over the Odenwald. The space **Spacious living room** Invitingly designed with a dining table for up to 10 people, the living room invites you to linger together. The adjoining panoramic balcony offers an impressive view. **Sleeping facilities** The apartment has two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring double beds and a further bedroom with two box-spring single beds. A large sofa bed in the living room offers additional space for restful nights if required. **Bathroom and guest WC** The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower cubicle and a washing machine. An additional guest WC provides practical comfort. **Fully equipped kitchen** The compact kitchen with large skylight leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to an induction hob, an oven with microwave, there is also a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. **Balconies** Two large balconies, one by the living room and one by the bedrooms, invite you to enjoy the fresh air and the view of the Odenwald. With deckchairs, relaxation and socializing are guaranteed.
