The space GROUND FLOOR Upon entering, you are greeted by a small atrium that opens the door to the tranquillity and comfort that characterise our cottage. Here you can leave your shoes and coats before plunging into the warmth of the house. Living room: The living room is the heart of the house, with large windows offering a lovely view of the lake. Furnished for comfort, it has a comfortable sofa, a TV and a reading corner, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. In addition, there is a single bed that can be used if needed, offering a practical solution to accommodate an additional guest without sacrificing comfort. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. You will find a hob, oven, refrigerator and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite meals. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy your meals with a view of the surrounding greenery. FIRST FLOOR Ascending the stairs, you will find the first floor devoted entirely to the sleeping and relaxation area. Here you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bathroom: Modern and functional, the bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Double Bedroom: The double bedroom is spacious and furnished to ensure peace and relaxation. A single bed can also be added to this room on request, making it perfect for families with a child or a group of three adults. Room with Single Beds: Ideal for children or friends, this room has two single beds in a comfortable and cheerful setting. Other things to note Some features of our property for you to enjoy your stay: The road to our house is unpaved and can be a bit bumpy in places. It is short, but we advise you to drive carefully. If you have an SUV vehicle, it will cope with the route without any problems. However, even normal cars can cross the road without difficulty, just drive carefully. Being surrounded by nature, it is normal that you may encounter some insects during your stay. We are surrounded by trees, plants and flowers that provide an ideal habitat for local wildlife. To ensure your comfort, we provide insect repellents and recommend keeping the windows closed during the evening. In just a few minutes' walk through the lush vegetation, you can reach our private beach, which offers an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for sunbathing, having a family picnic or simply relaxing listening to the gentle sound of the waves.
