Description

AKNOT HAKONE is a revival of architecture conceived in the 1970s. 90 minutes from Tokyo. It is located in a quiet forest in Hakone Sengokuhara. Standing on a hillside at about 4 stories, it is modern yet vintage, and is truly a modernist building. The architectural plan, which rotates 45 degrees at a time, is like coexisting with the forest, and you can spend the whole day indoors from morning to night, while still spending time with the forest. The large windows in the living room overlook Hakone's famous Owakudani, and its grandeur is stunning. The interior is designed with the concept of "a base that connects the present and the past". The gallery displays Nordic vintage furniture and one-of-a-kind Japanese art. The play rack has records, lantan speakers, and game consoles. Please use your favorite items to spend the day. The terrace has a daybed where you can relax and enjoy the sound of nature. Down the stairs is an approach to the square. There are natural benches, rocks, and logs. You can also use it as a morning breakfast venue, or bring a mug and play games together. The space First of all. AKNOT HAKONE has many architectural charms that cannot be created with new buildings. However, buildings from 50 years ago have some inconveniences. To maintain this, make it more comfortable and beautiful, and to further maintain it, a portion of the revenue will be used. I hope to work with guests to grow the future glory of vintage architecture, not just once, but together. Other things to note Capacity The maximum number of guests is 7 (including infants). For last-minute increases in the number of guests, we'll send you a message with instructions for same-day settlement if the total number of guests is 7 or less. In addition, we will confirm the number of people with the camera at the reception, and if it is more than the number of people you applied for, the contract will be canceled as a breach of contract and you will be asked to leave immediately. Check-in & checkout We use a tablet for unattended check-in and check-out (non-face-to-face). For more information, please refer to the accommodation guide that will be sent after booking. IN: 15:00-21:00, OUT: ~11:00 Smoking All rooms are non-smoking, but smoking is allowed only in the designated areas listed in the guide. Smoking in the forest or on surrounding roads is a violation of the law. Neighborly considerations The neighborhood is a quiet villa area, and many people live there. Eating, drinking, or any other behavior that may disturb the neighbors on the terrace or balcony after 9 pm is strictly prohibited. If we receive a complaint and it is not resolved, you may be forced to leave. Other things to note We are renovating a 50-year-old villa. Although the facilities have been completely renovated, the original design of the time has been utilized, so it is not as perfect as a hotel. Thank you It is a 17-minute walk from the bus stop, and the road is sloped. You will need to walk up about 4 flights of stairs from the road or parking lot to the entrance of the facility. Please be aware of this if you have mobility issues. Because it is in a forest with abundant nature, there are insects. Please be sure to accompany your child when they play on the premises. For 6 or more people, the beds will be folding beds. Registration Details Hotels and Inns Business Act | 神奈川県小田原保健福祉事務所 | 第 041150 号
