The bedroom includes a double-bed, ample closet, TV, and high-speed Wifi. Private Bathroom with a shower. Private fully-equipped Kitchen inclusive of a coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, dinner ware, glass ware, and cookware. All amenities are included to ensure a comfortable stay. The space The Private Studio is a North facing unit. It is located on the 5th floor of a 7-floor building. The 5th floor has 4 other Private Studios (total of 5). All Private Studios on the 5th floor are accessed through an elevator and share a common hallway that leads to each individual Private Studio (3 Private Studios on the North side and 2 Private Studios on the South side). The 5th floor has a communal laundry room including a washer & dryer for an additional fee (ironing board & iron available for free and upon request ). Please contact the building security guard for more details. The building administration offers private parking for an additional nightly fee. Please contact your host for more details. Guest access Guests share the lobby, elevator, hallways & 5th floor terrace area. Other things to note We offer transportation to & from the airport for $25 each way, please reserve 24 hours in advance. In the event of an earthquake, please use the emergency stairway located near the elevator and avoid using the elevator. A fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen area. The building is located in a very safe area & our private security guards are on-hand 24/7. Visitors are allowed between 9:00am till 9:00pm. Please note that we are unable to welcome animals of any type including: pets, service or emotional support animals. Common areas are shared (i.e. elevator, hallways, lobby) and your hosts suffer from asthma resulting in extreme negative reactions to animal fur.
