The six bedrooms feature high ceilings, quality mattresses, comfortable bedding, ceiling fans, and individually controlled air conditioning for a restful night’s sleep. There are four bathrooms, each with glass-enclosed showers, instant hot water, and Western-style toilets. Two spacious living and dining areas offer plenty of room to relax, with high ceilings, AC, fans, and large windows that bring in natural light and views of the surrounding greenery. The main kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, full-sized fridge, and microwave. A second-floor kitchenette with a fridge and microwave provides added flexibility. Please note: access to the second floor is via an outdoor staircase. Guest access Guests enjoy full access to the entire premises, encompassing both the front yard and garden. Additionally, the house manager resides on-site in a separate house. Other things to note Free, secure parking is available for cars and minivans. Please note that the road leading to the house is narrow and not suitable for large buses. The first and second floors are accessed via an outdoor staircase. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for 3,000 LKR. If you require a full change of linen for the house, the fee is 6,000 LKR. Payment can be made through Airbnb or directly. Homemade meals tailored to your preferences can also be arranged for an additional fee—please inquire for more details. To help conserve energy, we kindly ask that you turn off the air conditioning when not at home or when windows and doors are open. Please also switch off fans and lights when not in use.
