Welcome to our stylish apartment in Graz, just a 5-minute walk from the Stadthalle! The bright apartment impresses with its coziness and flair. It consists of a living room/kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a workplace with Wi-Fi and a spacious bathroom. Perfect infrastructure and central location make the apartment ideal for business trips, event visits or city trips. The space The apartment consists of a bright living-dining room with sofa bed, workplace with high-speed Wi-Fi, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine. A bedroom with a double bed and a bright bathroom with shower and toilet. Features: Wifi workspace Kitchen Double bed Location: Perfect infrastructure and central location (near the town hall) make the apartment ideal for business trips, event visits or city trips. Parking in the paid green zone (paid from Mon-Fri, free on weekends) is available in front of the house. Guest access Self check-in is possible anytime from 3:00 PM. Using a number code, you can enter the house at any time and a key safe is installed in front of the apartment, so that our guests are flexible at all times. Other things to note We charge the overnight stay tax on site. In the city of Graz it is €2.50 per person per night (excluding children under 15 years of age). Please pay the tax in cash at check-out!
