(All the pictures I've included are taken from the building. In real life the views actually look far better. Sometimes incredible). It is an entirely new apartment from 2022, delivered in a classic 1960s building. So everything is brand new; right down to the floor, doors and windows. It has a large double bed in a bedroom with an ensuite. And another large double bed in a large room with a desk. A third bedroom has a double bed. It has independent air conditioning (for both heating and cooling) in the main living area, where the sofa and chaise longue can accommodate a number of people. As well as in each of the three bedrooms. All remote controlled. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a good sized efficient water boiler. It has a large balcony where you can relax and take in the sun, or enjoy the evening air. There is also a large communal roof terrace with amazing views. Guest access Guests have full use of the apartment; all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They also have private, secure parking nearby.
