The space koti hakone is a luxurious 300-square-meter rental villa that brings historic Scandinavian-style architecture back to life in the modern age. The dining area on the first floor features a big table where up to 20 people can share a meal together. Here, smiles abound, conversation is lively, and a warm atmosphere prevails. The second floor features six bedrooms, including a playroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for even the largest of guests. Looking outside, you will find a garden where you can experience the changing seasons of Hakone. There, you can enjoy BBQ, sauna, and bonfire while listening to the murmuring of the stream. At koti hakone, you will find everything you need for a truly relaxing and special stay. Guest access All rooms are accessible except those marked "Staff Only". Other things to note The number of guests is limited to 16 due to Airbnb's specifications, but more than that can be accommodated for an additional fee per person. Please inquire for details. If the number of guests exceeds that number, or if futon bedding is not used, up to 4 infants under 2 years of age may stay for free. If the number of children exceeds that number, or if futon bedding is used, the fee will be calculated per child. Please be aware that there is a creek running through the property, so please keep an eye on your small children. In winter, the temperature in Hakone can drop below freezing. Although the rooms and suites are equipped with heaters, it may feel cold on some days. Please refrain from making noise and playing the piano at night (after 10:00 p.m.). Sauna and shower rooms are charged separately at 5500 yen each per night. Fire pits are available free of charge, but please bring your own firewood. Firewood is available at the facility for 2,200 yen per bundle. Security cameras are installed inside and outside the entrance to prevent intrusion of suspicious persons in compliance with the Ryokan Business Law.
