Period house located in the historic center with long balcony and panoramic view. The interior decorations and refined furnishings give it a unique atmosphere. The rooms are all air conditioned for both heat and cold. The house is equipped with free wi fi, 40 inch flat screen TV, the kitchen equipped with induction hobs, fridge, freezer, microwave oven and all the necessary kitchenware. From 1 to 6 beds. The space The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor you can find a hallway to store your luggage. Upstairs there is a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with induction cooktops, dishes, microwave, electric kettle and fridge. In the living room, you can use the sofa as a second bed (the bed base and mattress are of excellent quality). Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with hot/cold air conditioners. The balcony that runs through both rooms allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful view. Possibility of adding two more beds to reach a maximum of 6 guests per night. Guest access The apartment is located in the historic center, the main sites are all within walking distance, but in a strategic position that keeps it away from the chaos of the clubs and especially outside the ZTL area, in this way you can get there directly by car without any kind of restriction.
