Sophie The space The listing is composed of: -A bedroom equipped with an electric king bed (80 + 80) with LEDs, a 1 seater sofa bed (1m x 1.75 m) , a desk, a large wardrobe, a halogen LEDs, a TV, wifi. - An equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, induction stove, washing machine, combined microwave oven, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine (capsules provided), thermomix, kettle, toaster and all the basic equipment of a kitchen. The kitchen ceiling light is also a smart speaker. - Bathroom: Modern shower cubicle, vanity, towel dryer, led toilet, touch led mirrors. * Capacity 3 people (ideally 2 adults and 1 child), with the possibility of adding a single mattress or a baby bed (baby bed loan). *The accommodation has been arranged as an extension of our house. Like any adjoining home, there's life next door! But we are very quiet people and the studio is well soundproofed. So thank you for respecting the tranquility of the place.
