La Ermele's green house is an oasis of serenity and tranquility located in the picturesque hamlet of Vanzone, Borgosesia (VC), in the heart of Italy's greenest valley, Valsesia. The large and bright apartment (85 sqm), located in a single house, equipped with a covered garage, is a cozy retreat with a very low environmental impact, being powered by the sun, wood and pellets. Suitable for all needs for vacation or work The space The spacious apartment, equipped with every comfort, is accessible via a private entrance, located in the back and a staircase with 14 stone steps (a single flight). An open space, dominated by a magnificent majolica stove and comfortable seats positioned around it, will welcome our guests making them immediately feel at home. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, moka coffee maker, kettle, citrus juicer, immersion blender, fridge freezer unit. A high chair is available for children. The two bedrooms are spacious and airy: the master bedroom is equipped with a double bed with slats and toppers, an exposed wardrobe and chest of drawers, the second bedroom can be used as a bedroom (1 double bed or two single beds) or as a relaxation area or a space to be dedicated to smart working. A wicker crib and baby bed are available. The bathroom is complete with rain shower, double sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and essentials for personal care. Finally, a balcony on the back and a small patio at the entrance complete the residence, allowing you to enjoy outdoor moments. Welcome to your home away from home!
