Guest access Conveniently located just 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the lively Cabarete, our villa offers the perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility. However, a few notes to ensure a smooth stay: * Pets are not allowed. * Our villa comes with a 2 car carport for your use with additional parking available in the complex public space. Street parking is prohibited within the community. * Drones are not permitted. * Music shall never exceed 60 decibels & no loud music past 10pm. Fines of $100USD will be assessed by the complex for every occurrence. * Help us save energy by turning off the air conditioning when not needed. Electricity is considered as a precious source of energy on the island, and we recommend using it with care. * Sosua Ocean Village requires all guests names as only registered guests will be permitted access into the community and Villa !! *Early/Late check-in fee: $60 As guests of our villa you have access to the onsite resources (Casa Club & Laguna SOV and Santa fe SOV) for additional user fees*.
