The space The light-flooded 150 m² house with a spacious, open gable roof is situated in a quiet location in the Großherrischwand district, surrounded by meadows and forests at an altitude of 920 m, with alpine views in clear weather. An ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities or just for rest and relaxation. The unfenced property flows from the terrace over the garden into the expanses of the surrounding meadows and forests and lets you feel the freedom and tranquility of nature. Guest access The entire house is barrier-free and is available for your free use with the large outdoor area. The studio with its valuable, naturally oiled oak parquet must not be entered with street shoes. The special atmosphere of this room will enrich you. The kitchen is equipped with everything you normally need in a kitchen, including a coffee maker, teapot, kettle, toaster, blender, sufficient pots, pans, bowls, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, towels, sponge towels, garbage bags, various spices, sugar, salt, coffee filters. A small barbecue for the garden is also available. Barbecuing is only allowed in the barbecue area on the meadow in front of the terrace. Other things to note Herrischried with its healthy mountain and forest air is a health resort. The visitor's tax is €2 for adults, €1 for children per day and must be paid in cash on the day of arrival. I will forward the fee to the tourist office upon registration.
