South Fork Diani, 3 bedroom with pool. Clean fresh

Enjoy the peace and serenity of your personal sanctuary. You’ll most likely be lounging on the veranda most of the time, overlooking the pool and the lush, palm-filled garden. This house sits in a secluded corner of a gated community, and there are plenty of seating options to choose from including poolside, various places on the large verandah or under the teak tree. The house is quite new and the gardens are incredibly green. The space The house is on it's own compound within a gated estate. You enter the property and arrive into an oasis of green garden, pool and clean house. The verandah wraps around 1/3 of the house with various places to sit such as at the outside dining table, swing chair, arm chairs. There are also pool beds by the pool. Inside there is a lounge area with TV, large kitchen, dhobi room and guest toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms en-suite and on the top floor there is another bedroom en-suite although please be aware there is no door to the top floor. No TUKTUK's allowed inside unless they are dropping off heavy bags/shopping. Guest access The house is yours whilst you are in so you can go everywhere. Please note that Tuk tuks are not allowed within the estate unless you have luggage or heavy shopping. You may come in if the tuk tuk is electric and therefore quiet. Other things to note Noise Policy Quiet Hours: 🔇 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM 🔕 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Midday Rest Time) No loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior at any time. Strictly No loud Parties or Gatherings. Respect the Property & Community Keep all activities low-key and respectful to neighbors and other residents. Guests violating any of these rules may be asked to leave the property immediately without refund. The pool does not have any guard rails so please be aware if you have children. No noisy TukTuks allowed in the estate unless you have luggage or heavy shopping. Note that there are a few electric tuk tuks in Diani and these will be allowed in. We provide 50 units of electricity a day. If you use up more than this then you will need to top up yourself as the house uses tokens.
