Other things to note ‼️ CCTV installed at carporch for safety purpose. ⚠️ Please ensure to state correct number of stay in guest. Any undeclared guest will be charge RM 50 per person per night. ⚠️ No food inside the bedrooms. ⚠️ No heavy cooking allowed eg: curry, sambal, deep fried (light cooking is allowed). ⚠️ Kindly keep noise levels reasonable between 10pm to 7am to respect the neighbourhood. ⚠️ Early check-in/extend is not permitted during peak seasons. ⚠️ While we love animals, we reserve the right to deny entry of pets to maintain comfort and hygiene of the homestay. (RM 200 will be charged per pet). ⚠️ Kindly take care of the house belongings and return them to their original positions after use. ⚠️ Please avoid dirtying house furniture, as a cleaning fee may be charged. ⚠️ Always take care of your own belongings. Do not leave valuable items unattended, as the management is not responsible for any loss of guest belongings after guests check-out. ⚠️ Please switch off the electric power every time before leaving the homestay. 🚫 We STRICTLY PROHIBITED drugs or any kind of illegal activities in the homestay. The management shall not be liable for any legal charges incurred.
