Each room is separate, and guests have access only to the room they have booked. There are no shared spaces, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete privacy. While regular usage of items such as bed sheets will not incur charges, any items with bloodstains or vomit will be subject to actual expenses. ④ Emergency response We will do our best to meet your requests, but there may be cases where same-day assistance is not possible. For same-day assistance excluding emergencies, additional fees will apply, and we appreciate your understanding.
