The space If you are looking for a fully-equipped spacious house in a scenic sea location, this is the property that can be suitable for you. This fully independent home is situated a stone throw from the Isla waterfront, a peaceful and charming location. The townhouse offers absolute privacy to our guests. It consists of three levels. 1) Ground floor / Entrance: The entrance welcomes you with a lift that will help you with moving your luggage upstairs. Alternatively, you can use steps. 2) First floor - Single bedroom. Our cozy single bedroom offers a comfortable bed and a patio with street views and a desk. It's complete with a fan. 3) Second floor - Master bedroom Going up to the second floor, you will be welcomed by a spacious air-conditioned bedroom consisting of large King-size bed, a lovely balcony overlooking the calm street and a big wardrobe. The floor is complete with a laundry room and a modern bathroom with shower. 4) Third floor - Kitchen and dining Moving to the highest floor, you will enter a spacious open space consisting of a fully-equipped kitchen and a welcoming dining area where you can enjoy your meals. This area offers a comfortable brand new sofa-bed that can be absolutely suitable for a couple. The floor has air-conditioning and it's complete with a large flat screen television that has Netflix, and a bathroom with shower. From the kitchen, you can enjoy views of the Marina. 5) Rooftop / Solarium From the kitchen, you can access to our spacious rooftop, offering stunning views over the Marina, sea and the three cities area. The rooftop can act as a solarium due to its spaciousness. It's complete with a hand-crafted gazebo that can be used as dining area. Guest access Our guests have the entire house at their disposal. The accommodation is completely self-contained and not shared with anyone else Other things to note The terminal for the fast ferry to Valletta is only an 8-minute walk from the accommodation. The ferry will connect you to the Maltese capital in 5 minutes.
