KITCHEN: A very functional kitchen with a fridge, a two-ring hob, an extractor hood and a microwave offers every comfort for your stay. Of course, a toaster, a SMEG kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine are at your disposal for breakfast. BEDROOM: New, comfortable bedding for a great night's sleep (QUEEN SIZE bed 160 cm x 200 cm). A large built-in storage cupboard right opposite the bed for longer stays. SHOWER ROOM: A shower room with WC, a vanity unit, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and toiletry essentials (bath, hand and hair towels, soap, etc.). PRIVATE PARKING: You can park two vehicles within the secure residential grounds, closed by a gate. High-speed Wi-Fi in the flat (55 Mb/s). The PLUS: a private terrace with garden, ideal for relaxing, reading a book or enjoying a coffee after a day of work or sightseeing. We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company. We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties or disturbances are allowed. Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am. Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule. Other things to note Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property. Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay. Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am. Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.00. We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
