THE KITCHEN: A very functional kitchen with a top fridge, a two-burner hob, a range hood and a microwave offer all comforts for your stay. Of course, a toaster, a SMEG kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine are available for your breakfasts. THE BEDROOM: New and comfortable bedding to optimize your sleep, (QUEEN SIZE bed 160cm x 200cm). A large wall storage closet right in front of the bed for longer stays. SHOWER ROOM: A shower room with toilet, vanity, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and toiletries (body towels, hands and hair, soap, etc.). PRIVATE PARKING LOT: You have the option to park two vehicles in the condominium secured and closed by a gate. High-speed Wi-Fi in the apartment (55 Mbps). The plus: a private terrace with a garden, ideal for relaxing, reading a book or drinking coffee after a day of work or sightseeing. To ensure optimal comfort during your stay we provide you with: - sheets for bedding (no renewal during the stay) - towels and bath mats (no renewal during the stay) - Kitchen towel (no renewal during the stay) - hand soap (only a welcome kit for the first night, no renewal during your stay) - tea and coffee (only a welcome kit for the first night, no renewal during your stay) - cooking kits: salt, pepper, etc. (no renewal during the stay) We recommend bringing your own equipment (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you stay for several days. We ALWAYS do an in-depth cleaning of the apartment to bring you comfort and serenity. Cleaning is done by a specialized cleaning company. We thank you in advance for keeping the premises in a perfect state of repair. We will not hesitate to keep your security deposit or we notice any damage to the property. The accommodation is non-smoking, no vaping, no parties or overflowing are allowed. Check-in times are available from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us for any special requests. Check-out times are imperative before 10 am. Early check-in is however possible if you contact us between 24 and 48 hours before your arrival, and depending on the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner. Check-ins are self-contained with a lockbox. Same for your checkout. Only a set of keys will be sent to you for the duration of your stay. Check-in hours are only from 4:00 p.m. and the departure times are always imperative before 10:00 a.m. Please note that smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the apartment and we have a zero tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams discover any trace or residue (smell, burns, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to require a fine of at least €300.00. We have the option to drop you an umbrella bed for the duration of your stay for an additional €25 (we do not provide the sheets or mattress).
