Verde Pieve, between the lake and the village

The apartment is located in a building with a few housing units, in the center of the town of Pieve di Ledro. The setting is unique, with all the comforts and services of the village and 200 meters from the lake. A few meters from the apartment there is a large municipal parking lot that is not paid. Bars and restaurants can be found right under the house. Verde Pieve is the ideal starting point for your excursions both on foot and by bicycle. The space The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. It consists of a living room with a sofa, TV, bookcase, and dining table. To make the atmosphere warmer, there is a wood-burning stove in the winter months. The living area is completed by a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave and induction hob. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a small balcony and cellar, which can be used as a shelter for sports equipment or a maximum of 2 bicycles (access via stairs).
