The space The apartment, which has undergone a recent and careful renovation, is a cozy urban oasis overlooking the building's internal courtyard, offering tranquility and silence despite being in the city. The house consists of a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe, a modern bathroom with a comfortable shower, and a cozy living area that includes a living room with a sofa bed and a dining area. Thanks to the sofa bed, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped to allow guests to cook independently. You will find induction hobs, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as dishes and utensils for preparing meals. A washing machine is also provided, useful for those who stay for several days and want the convenience of managing their own laundry. Other things to note Check-in methods will be communicated to you at the time of booking. In compliance with the Italian law on leases, we will be required to request a copy of the identity documents for communication of guests with the Public Security Authority. You always need to apply for stays longer than 30 days. In case of acceptance, it will be necessary to sign a contract, provide documentation certifying the temporary nature of the stay and be in possession of an Italian tax code. For the registration of the contract, a payment of 100 euros + VAT is required in case you have the tax code, otherwise 150 euros + VAT. HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING In Milan, the heating period is established by the Municipality and traditionally runs from October 15 to April 15, for a maximum of 13 hours a day, in the time slot between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. The maximum temperature allowed is 19°C, with a tolerance of +2°C.
