The space About the space: Rooms are equipped with air condition, beds and beddings. Dining area furnished with dining cutlery Brooms, dust pan, mop, and garbage bags are also provided for your basic cleaning. The area: Located in the heart of the city, Soho Central Private Residences has got everything you need! It is located along Shaw Boulevard and a 3-minute walk to MRT Shaw Boulevard Station. It is situated in the middle of three major business districts - Ortigas Center, Makati and BGC. NAIA Airport is about 30mins away (depending on the traffic) 2 giant malls are also within the vicinity - Shangrila and Megamall - so you can shop til you drop! It has a variety of shops, fancy restaurants, a supermarket, food court, hardware, cinemas and medical clinics. There is also a park a minute walk away where food markets are held every afternoon until evening during weekends. Requirements: Upon booking confirmation, we will require submission of the valid ID of all expected guests. Upon arrival, guests must register first for their RFID at the admin office (4th floor) for your ease of entry to the property during your stay. 1st RFID is free of charge, 2nd RFID has fee of Php150. Parking: Fee doesn't include parking. Parking at the basement has fee of Php 50 for the first 3 hours and Php 20 per hour. Overnight fee is Php 200 (in addition to parking fee who entered before 12am and exit at 10am onwards the following day). Getting Around: MRT Shaw Boulevard Station is a 5-minute walk away. The MRT is your easy access within the metro (from North to South) Taxis can be easily requested through the lobby reception.
