Perfect for families and communities, also ideal for cyclists/motorcyclists. Dogs are welcome and can take a little walk in the fenced and non-visible garden. The garden is also safe for children. The space The house has 3 rooms with the following layout: 1. Bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed 1.80 m wide and a cot 2nd bedroom upstairs with double bed 1.80 m wide and 2 single beds 90 cm wide. 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, each 80 cm wide. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a fireplace. Bedding and towels are included. Additional wood can be provided upon request (€10). On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a barrier-free shower and on the upper floor there is a toilet. A children's play area on the upper floor as well as a terrace and a garden that is not visible complete the offer. For cyclists and bikers, secure storage of two-wheelers can be made possible.
