PLEASE NOTE: We will require a deposit of RM100 which is to be paid directly to the host. The deposit will not be returned shall there be any damages or loss of items belonging to the house (except for those indicated to be for guests to take home), or if the house is left in such a state whereby additional cleaning hours are required. If there are any further and/or major damages, a damage claim will be submitted by the host to Airbnb for the guest to settle. Once guests have checked out and if the house has been verified to be left in its original condition, the full amount of RM150 shall be returned to the guest.
