The space Completely renovated recently and carefully furnished, the apartment is located inside a villa divided into three apartments with independent entrance and a beautiful and large private outdoor patio with table, sofa and chairs, ideal for eating outdoors or enjoying the days and evenings of the summer. Located on the ground floor, the entrance leads directly to a bright living area, where you will find a sofa bed for two people, a television and a dining table and an open kitchen equipped with hob, fridge and freezer, oven, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a moka pot, pots, pans, crockery and everything you might need to prepare and eat meals. A maximum of 6 people can stay in the apartment: in addition to the sofa bed in the living room you will find a main bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe where you can store your personal effects and a second bedroom with two single beds and a further Wardrobe. The bathroom is welcoming and modern with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine that can be used during your stay. The bed linen is rented from a specialized company and supplied by us based on the number of people present in the booking and is included in the price. The house is equipped with WI-FI connection, independent heating with radiators and air conditioning, present only in the living room but very powerful and able to cool the whole house. There is also free private parking next to the house. Pets are allowed for a surcharge. For waste you will find public bins 100 meters down the street. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment which is rented entirely, without any space shared with others. The outdoor spaces are also private but border the courtyard/patio of the apartment next door which will be rented in the same way as yours. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work, before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses.
