Guest access Self Check-In: Greater convenience, flexibility, privacy and efficiency with seamless self check-in! A passcode to our smart lock door will be given on the day of your check-in. There is no reception counter or on-site staff to welcome you during check-in. Other things to note About Us: 🏠 We are not a typical hotel company. The home is family-owned holiday home. All bookings managed directly by home owner. 🚪We dont have reception desk/counter to welcome you upon check-in. Only self check-in is available by using passcode to unlock our smart door and enter the house. 🍳 We dont offer breaksfast or any meal. But we have a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook as your heart desire. ✨We dont have full time and daily housekeeping service. But the home is neat and clean upon your check-in. 👥 We dont have any staff on-site to assist you at home. But you have all the privacy you need to enjoy your holiday with your family & friends! 🌊 Our home location is quite secluded from urbanization with no mall or supermarket nearby. However, this is a perfect place to getaway from city for peaceful and quiet seaside vacation. Our House Rules: 🚭No smoking inside the house. 🤫Respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. Be considerate of neighbors. 🚫No large parties or events. 🔥No barbeque grill (BBQ) activity allowed both inside and outside the condo 🧺Keep the house clean and tidy. 🚫Do not damage any furniture or items in the house. A penalty will be charged for any damages. Checkout Instructions: ⏰Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. 🥘Do not leave dirty dishes in the kitchen. 🛁Leave used towels in the bathtub. 🚫Do not remove any items from the house, including towels, bedding, electrical appliances, decorations, etc. A penalty will be charged for any missing items. 🧳Double-check your belongings before leaving. We are not responsible for any lost items. 💡Turn off all kitchen appliances, electrical switches, air conditioning, and lights. 🚪Ensure all doors and windows are securely closed before leaving.
