These are necessary to notify building management and register guests with the Tourism Department, as required by UAE law. However, guests can check the Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates websites for more information on luggage storage options. - BASIC HOUSE RULES: - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment-violators will be fined 500 AED. - Avoid uncivilized or inappropriate behavior. - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10 pm and 8 am. - Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the apartment. - Notify the host of any damage or extensive soiling; cover deep cleaning charges if required. - Be responsible for keys, access cards, and parking remotes; incur charges for misplacement or damage as follows: 262.5 AED per key, 367.5 AED per card, 525 AED for parking remote, and 4200 AED for smart lock damage - Supervise children under 14 in all areas. - No alterations to the unit including furniture. - Follow vehicle parking rules and only park in the allocated parking space. - Dispose of garbage in designated bins and areas, and do not leave rubbish in public or common areas. - Lost and Found Policy: Take all belongings upon departure; the host is not responsible for items left behind.
