Group gîte – La Bottellie

In a peaceful setting, conducive to relaxation and convivial moments, the La Bottellie gîte has 6 bedrooms that are perfectly independent of each other, each with their own ensuite bathroom. The large common room allows you to gather for large tables with family or friends. The garden and pool are perfectly enclosed for a pleasant stay with a family with small children. The space All rooms are located in the same building by the pool. Each has its own independent single-story entrance directly overlooking the outside, as well as its own private bathroom. This arrangement is ideal for maintaining everyone's privacy for large groups. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. The total capacity of the entire vacation rental is 15 people. Crossing the garden, you access a large living room with its adjoining kitchen for the organization of your meals. Thus, the night space is completely separated from the living space to allow everyone to rest at their own pace. The living room is air-conditioned, all bedrooms are equipped with fans. The room is ideal for organizing family events (birthdays, baptisms...) for up to 30 people. EVJ or very festive evenings are not allowed. The La Bottellie vacation rental is composed of 6 bedrooms, distributed as follows: Bedroom 1 (2-3 people): 1 double bed 140*200 cm + 1 single bed 80*190 cm. This room has PRM amenities in the bathroom as well as doors that allow a wheelchair to pass through. Bedroom 2 (4 people): 1 double bed + 2 bunk beds Bedroom 3 (sleeps 1): 1 sofa bed Bedrooms 2 and 3 are linked by an interior door allowing the grouping of families of 5 people if necessary. Bedroom 4 (2 people): 1 double bed 140*200 cm Bedroom 5 (2 people): 1 double bed 140*200 cm Bedroom 6 (studio 4 people with 2 separate sleeping areas): 1 double bed 160 x 200 + 2 bunk beds Guest access You can enjoy the entire cottage which is private to you as well as the large living room. You have access to the whole garden as well as its amenities (swimming pool, petanque court, children's playground, terrace). The Terrace adjoining the large living room is private to you and is located on the side of the house so that you maintain your privacy. The rest of the garden and pool are shared with our family who live on site. (We have 2 children aged 3 and 6) Other things to note Linens (sheets, towels) are not included in the rate. It can be provided for an extra €12/person. For weekend rentals, check-out is on Sunday by 3:00 PM at the latest. If you want to fully enjoy your stay without constraints, we can offer aperitif boards, dishes to share (type paella, tagine, Basque chicken 12€/pers...) or full meal for one evening or throughout your stay by prior reservation. Let me know if you are interested in the menu of catering proposals. We also offer breakfasts for €7/person. A selection of local wines, beers and juices are available on-site. For electric cars, we have a simple outdoor outlet where you can plug in to charge yourself. (a flat fee will be requested depending on your charge) A fast kiosk is also accessible in the village a 5-minute walk from the cottage (at the town hall).
