Beautiful amenities, central vacuum, individual air conditioning in each room, water softener, piano cooking, new high standard bedding.(many individual twin beds) You will stay in a 250m2 cottage. From the parking lot monitored by cameras, access to the cottage is via a 6-step metal staircase. You then discover a large living room of 53m2 where the charm of bricks, stones and beams blends wonderfully. In this space you can enjoy the TV by a fireplace thanks to the wood pole located in the seating area. A large dining table will allow you to take your meals together and finally, in this room we find the open kitchen with its bar, a large cooking piano, stamp sink, large fridge with freezer and all the necessary appliances and dishes. This room, like all the others, benefits from reversible air conditioning and centralized suction. On this floor there is an industrial-style shower room with its glass roof and double black basin, an independent toilet, a bedroom composed of 2 twin beds of 80cm, a 2nd bedroom with a queensize bed, a bathroom with hoof bath, double vanity and toilet. There is also a 3rd bedroom with queensize bed, a shower room with toilet, a 4th bedroom with 4 beds of 90cm. Finally, on this level there is a 2nd living room of 30m2 with 2 large sofas, armchairs, TV, foosball, darts, books and board games. A staircase leads up to the floor where the 5th bedroom is located which thanks to its volumes, its exposed stones and framing has a crazy charm. It is composed of 4 twin beds of 80cm, which allows all possible configurations, dormitory, family room, 2 couples... On this level, there is also a separate toilet with sink. Access to the outdoor areas is through the 1 st living room thanks to a magnificent stone staircase. On the courtyard side, a large wooden table will allow you to enjoy the beautiful days in the shade of a majestic tree. From the courtyard you access the laundry/summer kitchen area located on the ground floor of the cottage. A real extra room, it is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, sink, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and dishes. Two barbecues are at your disposal ( gas and charcoal). The wood for the fireplace as well as the garbage cans are also stored there. From this room, you access the other side of the house in a sunny park overlooking our vegetable garden, orchard and animal parks. You can enjoy a 2nd shaded terrace. Children can entertain themselves with the trampoline, swing, ping pong table, badminton net, garden house, dinette and other games. Access to the pétanque court (shared with us) is on this side, just open a gate to access it. The gite is located in a private path that leads to the river at 20m as well as to the forest, starting point for hikes. The heart of the village is just a 500m walk away, you can enjoy the 4 restaurants of the village with their terraces or just order pizzas and burgers in order to taste them at the cottage. In the village you can visit the beautiful navigable caves, the abbey of 630 classified as a historical monument and its gardens, the wooden hop dryer or simply stroll through the alleys of our pretty medieval village in order to fully enjoy the river and its pretty washhouses. Ideal family or friends meeting (baby equipment available on request), ideally located to visit our beautiful region ,our cottage is located on a property of 8 hectares where we live in the company of our son and our many farm animals (chickens, donkeys , sheep ,goats) This is our little paradise and we only want to share it with you. Guest access Use of the entire home, from the summer kitchen to the ground floor, private courtyard in the shade of a huge fir tree, and sunny landscaped grounds, access to the bocce court shared with us. Under no circumstances can you enter the animal enclosures alone. Other things to note We live on the property, we pass through your courtyard to access our house, farm animals are present ( donkeys, goats, sheep, chickens...), we are in the village so no excessive fiestas. We'll be crossing paths during your stay.
