BEDROOM 2 - This bedroom is on the first floor. - Includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi, heater, workstation, wardrobe, electric kettle, and an extra mattress. - Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony. BATHROOMS - There are 2 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, a hair dryer, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOMS - There are 3 living rooms on the ground, first and second floors. - All 3 include an AC, heater, TV, Wi-Fi, sound system, and attached balcony. - The dining areas are a part of all 3 living rooms. KITCHENS - Guests may use the kitchenettes to prepare their own meals. However, they do not have access to the commercial kitchen. - It is equipped with all cooking essentials, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Please note that consumption of pork or other red meat is not allowed. LAWN - The property features a sprawling lawn that enhances its exterior surroundings. - With an outdoor fireplace and seating arrangements, guests can enjoy al fresco delights. - Guests can also enjoy outdoor activities such as badminton and football, as equipment for these sports is provided on the property. Guest access Guests do not have access to the main kitchen. Please note that there are a total of 6 bedrooms out of which guests will have access to only 2 bedrooms if they were to book this listing. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
