The space The apartment is located in a historic building in the heart of Rome in the Trevi district. The apartment consists of an entrance hall with sofa bed and 32" Smart TV, a double bedroom, an equipped kitchen equipped with everything you need. It has a bathroom made with red Rome marble, with shower and double sinks. There is a washer/dryer. Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher. The entire suite is furnished with designer furniture and parquet, with details in Rosso Roma marble. Wifi with fiber The windows are double glazed and the view is towards Via dell'Archetto. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note The apartment is located 200 meters from the Trevi Fountain. It is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, WIFI with fiber optics, washer dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with free pods, iron and ironing board. For the Late check-in from 9PM there is an extra fee of 20€ , from 11pm the extra fee is 50€ and 100€ after 1am. The payment is request at the checkin on CASH. I provide my guests with one set of towels per person ( 3 pieces) for the entire stay that includes one bath towel , one medium face towel and one small bidet towel .
