The 85 m² cosy apartment, located almost in the city centre, consists of 3-room rooms. Kitchen, bathroom and storage room. The apartment is very stylish and modernly furnished and has Bedroom 1 with a comfortable king-size double bed, a 55-inch SMART TV with Netflix and a spacious wardrobe as well as a clothes rack. A cosy Black Forest chair invites you to relax. Chargers for all mobile phone providers are available on both bedside tables. Bedroom 2 has a super comfortable box spring bed, which can be separated as two single beds (100x200 each). A desk with Ethernet connection allows undisturbed work, and a spacious wardrobe and a clothes rack offer plenty of storage space. Here, too, you have a 43-inch smart TV with Netflix and chargers for all providers. The living room is equipped with a spacious and comfortable sofa bed. A 65-inch smart TV with Netflix and a desk or laptop corner with Ethernet connection provide ideal conditions for professional work. A Bluetooth soundbox provides pleasant music, and the dining area invites you to cosy meals. Our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything you need for cooking and eating. Two bar stools and a bar table, as well as a washer-dryer, complete the offer. The spacious bathroom has a feel-good rain shower, a bathroom cabinet as well as a hairdryer, towels and a shampoo set.
