This cozy space accommodates up to 4 guests and opens directly onto a lovely terrace, nestled between meadows and forest. You’ll be charmed by the blend of modern comforts and the timeless beauty of stone walls — the perfect balance between contemporary living and historic charm. The space This 80 m² duplex comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It includes: - Entrance hall with closet - Open-plan kitchen and a 35 m² living/dining area on the ground floor - 2 bedrooms on the first floor - 1 bathroom and 2 toilets The space offers high-quality amenities: underfloor heating throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedding. The bright living area opens onto a private terrace and a garden surrounded by nature. You’ll also have access to a storage room for skis and bikes, along with a waxing bench for your skis — ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. Guest access The farmhouse is peacefully located at the end of a 600-meter forest path. You can reach it easily by car from the D25 road, which connects Prémanon to Morez, passing by the Prémonval holiday center. Despite its quiet setting, the house is less than 800 meters from the center of Prémanon. You can walk to all the local shops and amenities — grocery stores, restaurants, an ice rink — via charming forest trails. Prémanon hosts the majority of the alpine and cross-country ski areas of the Station des Rousses. From the village center, you can set off on cross-country skis, and alpine skiing is just a 5-minute drive away. In winter, ski buses connect you to all the ski areas and station facilities — with a stop less than 600 meters from the house. No need to drive for hiking, mountain biking, or snowshoeing — the farmhouse is nestled right in the heart of nature. Just step outside and explore! Other things to note Please note that this former farmhouse, dating back to 1832, has been fully and carefully renovated. It now houses four independent apartments, each offering an authentic and welcoming stay. Every unit has its own peaceful, private terrace. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends, our farmhouse offers a range of accommodation options to suit your needs — while ensuring privacy for each guest. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide high-end services: beds made upon arrival, towels and linens included, private washing machine, and more.
