The space This 80 m² duplex is set within a beautifully renovated 1832 traditional Jura farmhouse, at the end of a quiet road on the edge of the forest. Original stone, wood and contemporary design create a warm and intimate atmosphere, ideal for couples or families. The property comfortably accommodates 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms located upstairs. The ground-floor living spaces have been designed to make the most of the peaceful setting and surrounding nature. Outside, a private terrace opens onto the meadow and forest, perfect for outdoor meals or simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. A pétanque court is also available, while hiking, mountain-biking and snowshoeing trails can be accessed directly from the farmhouse. In winter, the downhill and cross-country ski areas of Les Rousses are just a few minutes away. Travelling with a baby? Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request, including a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and potty. Guest access The farmhouse is located at the end of a 600-metre road, on the edge of the forest, in a particularly peaceful and unspoilt setting with no passing traffic. Yet the centre of Prémanon is only 800 metres away on foot, with shops, restaurants and the ice rink nearby. In winter, you are right in the heart of the Les Rousses ski area: downhill ski slopes are around 5 minutes away by car, cross-country ski trails are accessible from the village, and a ski bus nearby provides access to the different ski areas. For hiking, mountain biking, forest walks or snowshoeing, there is no need to take the car: many trails can be accessed directly from the farmhouse. A shared secure storage room is also available for skis, bikes and outdoor equipment, with a ski-waxing bench. Lakes, waterfalls and scenic viewpoints throughout the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park are also just a few minutes away.
