The space Atelier Lux homes is located in gated estate- Ikolaba estate, Bodija with top notch security. You have access to the major routes in Ibadan if you’re staying in our apartment. You have access to a private balcony where you can sit out and chill with friends. You don’t have to worry about 24/7 electricity and internet as we got you covered on that. We offer parking spaces, fully equipped kitchen tailored to enhance your comfort. Estate Rules: Only delivery and courier bikes are permitted within the estate. Estate bikes operate daily until 7:00 PM. The estate has two designated entry and exit points. For convenience, entry after 12:00 PM is recommended via the Main Estate Gate. Power Supply Guidelines To ensure efficient and uninterrupted power supply, we use NEPA/solar energy/Back up generators. NEPA/Generator power is available from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM(AC is allowed) Solar power kicks in from 10:00 PM till dawn; during this period, air conditioning (AC) use is not permitted.
