The space is reserved exclusively for you, ensuring a comfortable and private stay throughout your visit. Other things to note This Apartment is located within a secure estate with ample on-site parking. You will be welcomed by our on-site property manager, who will welcome you and assist when needed. ✔️Standard check-in is after 1:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. ✔️Please note that estate rules do not allow private or delivery bikes inside the premises. All food and package deliveries must be picked up at the estate gate.🚨 ✔️This is a quiet residential environment. Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. Note: To ensure steady power throughout your stay, the apartments operate on a structured power schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM: Solar power is available during the day. Fans can be used, but air conditioning is only available when NEPA power is on during this period. 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM: Generator and NEPA power run overnight, and guests can use air conditioning freely during this time.
