Newly renovated studio flat in a quiet cul-de-sac nestled in the foothills of Adelaide. Our retreat accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children. It is located just 20 minutes from the City Centre a only an 8-minute drive from a major public transport interchange. The flat is detached from our home ensuring your privacy and accessible via a private entrance which leads from the guest parking. All modern amenities provided including a lush private patio with BBQ. The space The kitchen includes a full-size fridge and freezer, an induction stove, a toaster, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, an espresso machine, and a dishwasher. You’ll find cooking utensils such as pots, pans, and chef’s knives, along with supplies like coffee, tea, and dishwashing tablets. We also provide some basic provisions so that you don't have to worry about going to the supermarket for your very first breakfast. The light and airy dining area contains a modern dining table and large storage cabinets with ample space for all your needs. Within this cozy corner, you’ll find a roomy desk where you can work from your laptop. The fast internet connection ensures seamless communication and productivity. To enhance your work environment, there’s a Sonos One Smart Speaker, providing pleasant background music. In the living room area, you’ll find a wide-screen smart TV with a soundbar, as well as comfortable double and single sleeping couches. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a good movie and some popcorn. 🍿📺 The full bathroom is a spacious and well-appointed area. It contains a large walk-in shower with both an overhead and handheld shower head, providing a luxurious bathing experience. The washbasin is generously sized, allowing ample room for daily grooming tasks. Adjacent to the washbasin, there’s a washing machine discreetly tucked away. Essential washing supplies, such as shampoo and other toiletries, are provided. Moving to the separate toilet, you’ll find another washbasin for handwashing. The comfortable and well-equipped bedroom features a queen size bed, ample storage with a large wardrobe, direct access to the patio, a smart floor lamp, and a reverse cycle air conditioner. There is a cozy terrace nook featuring a bistro table and chairs, making it the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee. ☕🌞 The large private patio includes a 6-seater dining table, a 2-person hammock, a 4-burner BBQ, and a pergola with outdoor curtains. It’s a delightful space for relaxation and outdoor meals! In the parking area, you’ll find on-site private covered parking, a well-lit private entrance gate with padlocks, and a private well-lit pathway leading to the flat Other things to note Being in the foothills of Adelaide we are fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful wildlife. Don't be surprised if you see a koala in the street, see a pair of kookaburras in the gum tree or hear the possums at night. Also note that we have a tiny russian toy terrier puppy in the main house. The flat is completely separate, so you shouldn't even notice her.
