The space THE SPACE The apartment is perfect for families, couples or small groups of friends (up to 4 guests) and consists of: Living Area & Kitchen: A bright and modern open-plan space, fully equipped (including an espresso machine to start the day in the best way possible) and a smart TV. Two Bedrooms: Both equipped with comfortable double beds, designed to ensure maximum rest. Private Bathroom: Elegant and functional, equipped with all comforts and a courtesy kit. Private Outdoor Areas: A panoramic balcony and a garden where you can relax, read a book or enjoy a sunset aperitif suspended between the green of the forest and the blue of the lake. Other things to note HYGIENE FIRST Your health and safety are our priority. We take care of cleaning in every detail: the rooms are periodically sanitized with an ozonator, and all textiles (sofa, mattresses, and pillows) are regularly treated with a professional anti-mite mattress cleaner.
