The space The entrance of Villa Verde opens onto a veranda covered by a motorized sun awning, surrounded by a lovely, well-maintained little garden. Outside, you will find two private parking spaces along the driveway. A short flight of three steps leads to the spacious living area, divided into a dining room and a TV lounge, a fully equipped and separate kitchen, and a second living room that can also serve as a sleeping area if needed. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two full bathrooms, two bedrooms (one with twin beds and one double room), and finally, through two further steps leading to a small hallway, the master suite with its own private full bathroom. Other things to note Only the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
