The space L'Escalin is 472 m² designed to share simple pleasures, at the table under the large plane tree, around a game of petanque to the sound of cicadas, by the fire with a book in your hands. A beautiful stone facade, a large swimming pool to relax around, an old pond, a green exterior with a focus on local species, and a refined Mediterranean interior combining modernism and regionalism, where you can enjoy the heated indoor pool all year round or have fun playing a game of foosball. Nestled on a hill in one of the most beautiful villages in France, L’Escalin is a true haven of peace for a vacation in Provence. The 8 bedrooms, intimate and well-kept, each have their own bathroom and toilet, so you can quickly feel at ease and take some time for yourself. High-end, sophisticated amenities to meet all needs and focus on the essentials. The whole reveals a subtle balance between soft colors, sophisticated decoration, and noble materials. Opus travertine, the typical flooring of Provençal farmhouses, coexists with modern and contemporary vein cut travertine. It is highlighted by the light, warm and authentic zellige. The closets and desks are made of chestnut from Ardèche, the neighboring department, while the canework of the headboards and bedroom closets comes from Nîmes. The custom oak furniture highlights objects found here and there, as well as lovely pieces by local artists. The stone facade alternates with a lime facade, delimiting the spaces and revealing the surrounding vegetation. Requests for events such as weddings/baptisms are considered as long as the number of guests does not exceed 20 people (day and night). Guest access L'Escalin is rented in its entirety. You will have access to all indoor and outdoor spaces. Other things to note Le Mas is under video surveillance outside, which films the private access road, the parking lot, and the entrance. Linens and towels (bath and pool) are provided. Only the end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. The outdoor pool is not heated and is scheduled to open in early May, depending on weather conditions. If you want to enjoy this during your stay, we encourage you to contact us before you book. A security deposit of €2,000 (bank authorization) and a vacation rental certificate will be required, which covers the accommodation in the event of major damage. You have two coffee makers available on site: a Smeg drip coffee maker and a Smeg coffee maker for beans. As part of respecting the neighborhood, all noise must be stopped at 11 p.m. For the organization of your seminars, an overhead projector and its white screen are at your disposal.
