Janus is a beautiful modern and recently renovated studio apartment located in a strategic position to visit both the Sorrento Coast and the Amalfi Coast. The property has convenient free parking and large private and shared outdoor spaces. The space The studio apartment has been intelligently designed to take advantage of all the spaces. It can accommodate up to 3 guests in a comfortable double bed and a foldaway single bed that can be hidden when not necessary. The kitchen, small and functional, is equipped with an induction hob, sink, kettle and coffee machine. A bathroom with shower completes the space. Smart TV, free and unlimited internet connection and air conditioning are available to guests. Guest access Check-in is available from 3pm to 9pm. We will need to know your arrival time with some advance notice so that one of our collaborators can come to welcome you at the property. However, a late check-in can be arranged upon request after 9:00 PM, with an additional cost: - €20 for arrivals between 9:00 PM and midnight - €40 for arrivals after midnight. This fee is to compensate the colleague who will welcome you outside working hours.
The extra fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. It is possible to check out by 11am. Guests must provide their identity document for registration with the State Police. The tourist tax amounts to €4 per night per person for the first 7 nights, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Minors are exempt.
