We are delighted to welcome you to our modernly furnished ground floor apartment with terrace and garden. Get ready to enjoy the breathtaking view of the green meadows surrounding the property. Once you enter the house, at the end of the corridor, you will find your accommodation for the booked period. The entrance area provides a glimpse into the cozy living space. The bathroom features a bathtub/shower combination and a separate toilet. A comfortable bedroom and an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room corner await you. From here, you have direct access to your own garden, where you can relax and soak in the natural surroundings. In our accommodation, you will find everything you need for your daily needs. You only need to bring your personal belongings, toiletries, and groceries. Of course, we provide Wi-Fi access throughout the house so that you can stay connected with the rest of the world. To ensure a pleasant coexistence, we kindly ask you to strictly adhere to the quiet hours from 12-2pm and 10pm-8am. Parties or events are not allowed in our accommodation. Guest access During your booked stay, you have exclusive access to all the amenities of our apartment. We sincerely thank you for taking care and being mindful of the comforts our apartment offers. Your well-being is important to us – enjoy your stay to the fullest! --------- Other things to note The apartment is on one level and has its own garden with terrace. If you wish to use them, we are happy to reserve a 4-hour laundry time slot for you and provide laundry detergent as well as a drying rack. There is a fee of 20 EUR for 4 hours of use. --------- For the reservation of a travel cot and a high chair including bedding before your arrival, a flat fee of 30 EUR per stay will be charged. Please contact us in advance. --------- The E-charging station at the parking lot is available to you by appointment. The fee is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt hour for charging your car.
