The space This first floor apartment offers stunning views from the balcony to the south/west, directly to Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Mid and the Bossons glacier. The building has its own private outdoor parking area. One private garage space (190cm height & 240cm wide). Résidence Barrats is located in a quiet area on the south-west side of the centre of Chamonix. 5 min walk from the main street Rue Docteur Paccard. All services can be found nearby (Chamonix Sud 300 m walk). Nearest grocery store is Spar in Chamonix Sud or Carrefour. Restaurants and bars can be found nearby. The best way to reach the slopes is by bus, the apartment is only 200 m from the main bus station (Chamonix Sud). The nearest ski area is Brevent, 5 min by bus. Barrats is also just 600 m walk from the Aiguille Du Mid lift. Guest access The apartment is entirely at the guests' use. Other things to note The apartment has 1 private parking spot, the garage. The building has a private outdoor parking. However, the flat has no private space there and we can not promise availibility in the outdoor parking. In high season, it is difficult to find parking in the Chamonix area. Check in is fully independent. But please inform us if you wish to meet our team in person. Personal check in is possible during the office hours, if informed well in advance and arrival time is set. Apartment is fully self catered. Linen and towels, 1 set/person are included in the price. There are some products, so you get started, like few rolls of toilet paper, dish tablets and products that are left by previous guests. Usually there are some basic spices and oil.
