A few meters from the property there is a typical restaurant, a bar and a supermarket and along about 700 meters you can reach the cycle route of the Pugliese Aqueduct, a unique cycle route in which rural landscapes and evocative places alternate and where the evocative force of the Mediterranean scrub and Apulian trulli are revealed. The property, renovated in 2024, offers the perfect mix of tradition and comfort. All spaces are taken care of down to the smallest detail to ensure guests have an authentic and immersive experience in comfortable, bright and elegant environments. The property consists of three autonomous and independent units. Each unit consists of a large outdoor courtyard for exclusive use, two double bedrooms equipped with Full HD Smart TV, equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso™ coffee machine, large bathroom with shower and living area. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, making it the ideal place to stay in smart-working. Outside, among centuries-old olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, there is a saltwater pool surrounded by a large solarium made of stone where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset in the backdrop of the trulli comfortably from the various relaxation seats. In the pool area there is also an outdoor shower and a linen room (also equipped with toilet and sink) in which guests can find a washing machine, dryer, clothesline and iron. For summer alfresco dinners, guests can also enjoy a large pergola with outdoor kitchen and snack floor, barbecue, and a large dining table. The property is equipped with a large parking lot (equipped with surveillance cameras) from which, through local stone paths surrounded by greenery and designed to guarantee confidentiality for all guests, you can access the different units, each of which takes the name of a wind. The first, Scirocco, consists of four trulli and a lamia with a characteristic barrel vault. It can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of 2 double bedrooms, kitchen with dining table, living area with two armchairs, bathroom with shower. It is also equipped with an outdoor courtyard for exclusive use overlooking the pool. The second, Grecale, consists of three trulli and two lamie with barrel vaults. It can accommodate up to four people and consists of a double bedroom with a French bed, a bedroom with king size bed, kitchen with dining table, living area with two armchairs, large bathroom with walk-in shower. It is also equipped with an outdoor courtyard for exclusive use with a characteristic pergola with dining table. The third unit, Maestrale, is made up of lamie with barrel vault features. It can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of a double bedroom with king size bed, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, kitchen with dining table, living area with single sofa bed, large bathroom with shower. It is also equipped with a large outdoor pergola with dining table and relaxation area. To ensure guests have a carefree and fully autonomous stay, you can access the facility and individual units through self-check-in by typing a code on a keypad (no need to use a smartphone).
