In an old forge spirit, the Chaumiac house dates from the 15th century; it bears its name in tribute to a family who lived at the Château de Bouniagues and worked to safeguard the place. This house, which is attached to the castle, is arranged on 2 levels, accommodating up to 4 people, with unobstructed views of the countryside (see photos); including a living area on the ground floor and a sleeping area on the 1st floor. The space You can enjoy the cocooning spirit with a large bedroom (bed 160 x 200) upstairs, a toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower and a clawfoot bathtub, offering you a view of the countryside. On the ground floor, a living room (sofa bed 140 x 200) and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. A terrace area on the side of the house to enjoy the Périgord countryside, while being in the very heart of the village of Bouniagues, A BAKERY and a SUPERMARKET-TOBACONIST-NEWSAGENT are located 100 meters from the house. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Bed linen and towels are not included; you can bring your own, or they can be provided for an extra fee: - €10 per bed for sheets - €10 per person for the towel pack A security deposit of €500 will be requested upon arrival and will be returned on the day of your departure; if no damage has been found. A cleaning deposit of €50 must be deposited upon arrival and will be returned to you on the day of your departure; if the premises are left clean and tidy.
