On the ground floor, a living room (sofa bed 140x200) and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. A terrace space on the side of the home to enjoy the Perigord countryside, while being in the very heart of the village of Bouniagues, A BAKERY and a SUPERETTE-TABAC-PRESSE are located 100 meters from the home.
