This typical half-timbered family house, recently and beautifully renovated, is quietly located in the Normandy countryside, but just a short walk from all the amenities of this pretty village in the Pays d'Auge. The space Description of rooms: **GROUND FLOOR: You will enter through the dining area with fireplace overlooking the fully equipped open kitchen with central island. Espresso machine. Then you will also have access to the shower room with toilet and the spacious and warm living room. Pellet stove. ** UPPER FLOOR: The 3 bedrooms are upstairs with access via two stairs (one on the dining room side and another on the living room side): *Bedroom #1: spacious with 160 bed, nice bathtub, storage (dresser) and access to separate toilet. *Bedroom #2: spacious with 160 bed, storage (wardrobe and dresser). *Bedroom #3: small bright room with 140 cm bed, TV and access to separate toilet. **EXTERIOR: - Large south facing terrace with table, chairs, garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols. - Barbecue (charcoal to be provided). - Fenced garden without overlooking, crossed by its stream all year round (change of scenery guaranteed!) - Private parking at the foot of the house. Guest access The property is fully accessible and independent. Self check-in via a key box. Other things to note For your convenience, linens are provided and beds are ready upon arrival. The accommodation offers all the baby necessities if needed: crib, high chair. For your winter evenings, a few wooden logs are at your disposal near the fireplace as well as pellets for the pellet stove.
