Laundry room (washing machine), one bedroom with a double bed (1 x 160) and one bedroom with two single beds or a double bed (2 x 90 or 1 x 180), bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. Reversible heat pump (air-conditioning) in every room. Electric blinds and mosquito nets. 2 private parking spaces in front of the house's large gate The garden is fully enclosed. In January 2025, a 10 m2 in-ground pool, 1.40 m deep, will be created. Fenced pool area and secure gate for children. Open from April to October. Please note: For environmental reasons and out of common sense, the pool will never be heated. (Generally, the water is 20°C in April, 24°C in May, and 28°C from June to early September.) For hygiene reasons, animals are not allowed in the entire pool area, as fecal matter could enter the water and contaminate the pool (and cause eye infections and more). The pool surround is made of natural stone, and acidic urine would permanently damage the stones. I try to landscape the garden as much as possible to optimize biodiversity and shade.
