Our unit is A PWD & Senior Citizen Friendly, ground level unit. 12 minutes walking to Puka Beach. 2 minutes ride to Puka Beach. 5 minutes to Station 1 white beach. 4 minutes to Belmont Beach 9 minutes by bus to D’Mall & White Beach. 3 minutes to Citi Mall The space The size of property is 62 sqm, it has a 2 queen size beds , 2 double mattress and 2 sofa maximum capacity 8 pax with free drinking water & WiFi. Soap & shampoo are available Towels provided. For the use of pool & Jacuzzi the Club charge 200 per head per day of use. Guest access Shuttle service scheduled ride at P300 fee for the whole day 7 trips going to Dmall , City Mall , Robinson. Wholeday use of heated jacuzzi & Swimming pool P 200 adult & Child 0 to 5 years old is free. Breakfast w/ fruits & unli juice or coffee is available in the clubhouse for a P450 fee. I suggest use hop on hop off bus, we will lend you bus cards. Bus operates from 5am to 8:30pm Airport transfers can be accommodated Caticlan airport to AltaVista and vice Versa P1,600 per head. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited in the room and inside the compound. Henna Tatoos may stain towels & Linens penalty applies P2,800 Quiet hours should strictly followed from 10pm to 6am. Keep your trash and segregate Bio degradable & Non Biodegradable. Beach towels can be rented in the Concierge in the Club house P100 each. Also keep the Balcony close at all times sometimes monkeys visits you and get food or things.
