The space Cute two-room apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor in an independent house on two levels (without an elevator) where there are three other accommodations. The apartment, newly furnished with all the appliances and comfort, consists of: • one bedroom with a double bed (2 people) • living area with kitchen, dining table, and sofa bed to comfortably accommodate 2 more people • kitchen area equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishes and all the cooking accessories • bathroom with shower, toilets, washing machine • covered terrace on the second floor, adjacent to the accommodation (shared with the other accommodations), with a large table for breakfast, lunch or dinner and spectacular views of the mountains in the area • equipped with all amenities: air conditioning, free WIFI, TV, mosquito nets, automatic shutters Also available on the ground floor, shared with the other accommodations: • a large paved courtyard with table and chairs • BBQ grill • garden with lawn • children's masonry playhouse • soccer • free bicycles (2+1 as a child) • garage for storage bulky items Your small animals are welcome (small, max. 10 kg). The entire area is fully fenced. It is provided by the municipality of Colico tourist tax of €1 per day per person (over 16 years old) to be paid in cash upon arrival. Guest access The apartment is on the first floor, accessed by an internal staircase (no elevator) that leads to the terrace, where there is the entrance of the accommodation. Free parking available both outside the house and in the immediate vicinity (50m). Parking inside the courtyard is not allowed to provide more security and relaxation for guests. You will access the property on your own with the keys that I will leave you in the lockbox that I will provide you with the code a few days before arrival Other things to note Self check-in from 3:00 pm (with key lockbox, with code that will be sent to you a few days before) Self check-out at 10:00 a.m. The beds will be ready upon your arrival and provided with sheets. In the bathroom you will find sets of three towels for each guest and welcome kit. Train station is 1.6 km away (approx. 20 min. walk). Great location to enjoy the tranquility of the area and to explore the beautiful villages of the upper Lake Como (Bellano and its horrid, Varenna, Bellagio) and the mountains, from Monte Legnone di Colico to Valtellina (Morbegno, Valmalenco, Bormio, Livigno) and Valchiavenna (Chiavenna, Madesimo, San Moritz).
