The Commanderie St-Jean is a peaceful oasis in an ideal location. The countryside in the city is just a short walk from the Canal du Midi, 5 minutes' drive from the Cité de Carcassonne and the historic center, 10 minutes from Lac de la Cavayère, 30 minutes from the Black Mountain and less than 1 hour from the beaches and the upper Aude Valley. The cottage has a large outdoor area with pool, bowling green, ping-pong table, and several spaces with garden furniture. Parking is private in front of the cottage. The space Ground floor: veranda, kitchen, living room. 1st floor: *3 bedrooms with double beds including 1 master suite with private bathroom. *2 toilets *1 shared bathroom. 2nd floor: *Mezzanine with 1 double bed. *2 bedrooms with 1 double bed. *1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. *1 shared bathroom. *1 toilet. double bed = 140 × 190 single bed = 90 × 190 Coffee machine brand: Senseo Guest access the interior and exterior are fully privatized and fully available to guests. Private parking on the property. Other things to note Linens and towels are not included in the rental rate shown but are available as an option. Bed linens + towels package: €20 per double bed or €10 per single bed, to be paid on site (in cash). If you'd like to benefit, please let me know when you book or 4 days before your arrival. Nothing required, you can quite carry your own bed and toilet linen. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible if the cottage is not rented within 2 days before or after your rental. Early check-in is scheduled for 10 a.m. (instead of 4 p.m.) and late check-out for 6 p.m. (instead of 10 a.m.). Each of these 2 services is charged at €150, to be paid on site (in cash), to cover the additional costs of water, electricity, and gas consumption. You can request it before or during your stay. Following several incidents, I am obliged to specify that the Commanderie St-Jean is an ideal place for rest and relaxation to enjoy the facilities with family or friends. Calm and respect are de rigueur, especially since we live right next door. Gatherings of more than 15 people and excessive parties (bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, etc.) involving excessively loud music and hysterical shouting are prohibited. Any disturbances will result in me intervening directly on-site to put an end to the nuisance. So there's no need to book if that's the purpose of your stay ;)
