This spacious countryside property, nestled between the charming cities of Maribor and Ptuj, offers plenty of outdoor space for the whole family to unwind and soak up the tranquil surroundings. One of the highlights of your stay will undoubtedly be access to our private pond, nestled in the heart of nature. Relax in the midst of natural beauty, surrounded by trees, birds, and other wildlife. The space On the ground floor of the house, you will find a spacious area that includes a kitchen, dining table, and living room. This area offers a panoramic view of the pond. Additionally, there is a bathroom located on this floor. Moving to the upper floor, you will discover two bedrooms and a balcony. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and two single beds, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed. The property is divided by a road, creating two distinct areas for your enjoyment. On one side, you will find the fully fenced house, which boasts a terrace, barbecue area, hot tub, outdoor shower, and children's outdoor playground. This area is safe for children to freely roam around. On the other side of the road, you'll discover a vast pond complete with a pier and inviting hammocks. This serene setting allows you to relax and soak in the tranquil ambiance. Overall, our property offers a combination of comfortable indoor spaces, scenic views, and outdoor amenities that cater to both adults and children. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house and the entire property during their stay. You'll have complete privacy and the freedom to make use of all the amenities and spaces available. Other things to note The layout of our property, with access to one bedroom (pictures Bedroom 1) through the other bedroom (pictures Bedroom 2), is better suited for families than larger groups.
