The space **As a Serviced Apartment, we prioritise mid- to longer-term stays while accommodating short stays whenever possible. If your stay request/inquiry is declined, it simply means the scheduling isn’t the right fit for us at that time. UNIT ACCESS -This apartment is an exclusive/standalone unit. There are NO shared living spaces. You will have the entire flat to yourselves. OUR PROPERTY Located in an upmarket neighborhood amidst serene and tranquil environs with easy access to marketplaces, institutions, offices and major city attractions. THE SPACE -A Fully-Equipped Kitchen with basic cookware, tableware and appliances, including Refrigerator and Microwave, provided. -A Bedroom cum Workstation with a Double Bed (4'x6'-- a little smaller than queen-sized), Twin-Seater Couch, Workdesk and Closet. Perfect for solo travelers, digital nomads and couples traveling on a budget. FEATURES & AMENITIES -Automatic Washing Machine and clothing lines. -A robust WiFi connection. -Attached Bathroom/Toilet with geyser. -Cafe located 2 minutes away. -Housekeeping services. PARKING -Resident-exclusive neighborhood parking on the front street. The street is a dead end and therefore very safe and secure. Our caretaker will point to available designated parking spots. Two wheelers may park inside the premises. INFANT POLICY FOR THE 1BK Owing to space limitations only couples without kids or a lone parent with a child may reserve this particular listing. A maximum number of two guests, irrespective of circumstances, shall be permitted. Those with children may consider booking our larger 1BHK apartment and contact the host for the purpose. KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK Please note that we are a serviced apartment and not your typical hotel or guesthouse. While we aim to provide a comfortable and well-equipped space for your stay, there is NO room service, on-call bellboy or luggage assistance available. Should you require these sorts of amenities, our accommodation might not be what you're looking for. Guest access *Night Gate Closure for Enhanced Security* -The main gate of the property will be closed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM daily. Guests who expect to check in late, check out early, or be outside the premises during these hours are kindly requested to inform the management or staff in advance. Necessary arrangements will be made to facilitate your access. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE- We generally host medium to long-term stays so kindly go through the descriptive list of dos and don'ts given below- **Anyone under the age of 18 shall not be permitted to stay unless accompanied by a parent. **Please be mindful while selecting the dates pertaining to your desired period of stay. Once stay approval has been granted, no requests for refunds shall be entertained. This policy is in place to prevent frivolous booking of our most affordable listing. Rescheduling may otherwise be considered depending on availability. **No parties or events are allowed. For the safety of all guests and security of the premises/locality, our registered guests are kindly asked not to invite outside visitors into the premises/apartments. Any breach may entail eviction. **Shillong experiences frequent power outages, particularly during the daytime. Our property is equipped with an inverter that backs up the power for approximately 3–4 hours. During this time, basic/essential low-energy services and tasks such as Wi-Fi and phone charging will remain accessible. House lighting is also generally not affected. However, larger electrical appliances such as the refrigerator, microwave, fans, and room heaters will not function when the inverter is in use. We recommend keeping devices charged as well as planning accordingly during your stay. **We DO NOT have driver accommodation.
